ABOUT THE AUTHOR | Steph Clarkson lives in leafy Surrey, England, with her husband, two daughters, and a very hairy hound named Bob. She began her writing career as a journalist at Britain's Daily Mail newspaper and continues to write for the British press while dreaming up stories for children. Steph writes both fiction and nonfiction but particularly enjoys penning picture books.
About the Illustrator
ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR | Alison Brown's path towards a career in picture books began with my love of comics and cartoons. Before becoming a full-time illustrator and writer, she had many other jobs including teaching English and working in a bookshop. She grew up in Bangor, Northern Ireland and studied art at Manchester Metropolitan and Liverpool John Moores Universities and Goldsmiths College, London.
