ABOUT THE AUTHOR | Laura Gates Galvin has worked in children's book publishing as an editor and author for over 30 years. Her love of writing began at an early age when she asked for a typewriter for her 7th birthday, and she has now written and published over 100 published books. Her work includes award-winning titles for the Smithsonian Institution, African Wildlife Foundation, Sesame Workshop, Disney and WGBH.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR | Helen Graper graduated from Teesside University with a degree in Graphic Design & Illustration and went south from Huddersfield to Nottingham to start her creative career, focusing on children’s illustrations. She has over 10 years of experience producing quirky and colorful illustrations.
