About the Author
ABOUT THE AUTHOR | Laura Gates Galvin has worked in children's book publishing as an editor and author for over 30 years. Her love of writing began at an early age when she asked for a typewriter for her 7th birthday, and she has now written and published over 100 published books. Her work includes award-winning titles for the Smithsonian Institution, African Wildlife Foundation, Sesame Workshop, Disney and WGBH.
About the Illustrator
ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR | Gill Guile loves painting and creating children’s books. She has illustrated more than 600 titles with other 20 publishers and written around 50 of them herself. Her work is mostly done in acrylic gouache but she also works in pen and ink. She paints in a number of different styles.
